Production time for your order will be determined based on the amount of work required and the number of orders ahead of yours. This ensures that each piece receives the attention and craftsmanship it deserves.

We strive to deliver your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards. Typically, custom orders take between 2–4 weeks from production to delivery.

We offer a 30-day warranty for defects from production. The warranty is void if the jewelry has been exposed to water, perfumes, or lotions.

Each bracelet is crafted with care and passion, resulting in slight variations from the images you see online. We appreciate your understanding of the inherent beauty and uniqueness of handmade jewelry.

To prolong the life of your accessories, please prevent them from coming in contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.

While our jewelry is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and durability, the Miyuki beads used in our designs are delicate and require special care to avoid crushing.

When wearing or storing your Bárbara Orozco jewelry, ensure that the Miyuki beads are protected from excessive pressure or force.

Avoid activities that may subject them to impact or compression.

Store your jewelry in a safe and secure place where the beads won't be crushed or damaged.

Do not place your jewelry in a handbag without a proper jewelry bag, as this could lead to potential damage to the beads.

By following these precautions, you can preserve the beauty and overall quality of your Bárbara Orozco jewelry for years to come.

We recommend that you first loosen the bracelet completely before trying to put it on. To do so, gently pull the knots near each end of the design.

Be careful not to pull from the beaded portion of the bracelet, as this can weaken the integrity of the jewelry over time.

To tighten your bracelet on your wrist, gently pull at the ends of each cord until the desired fit is achieved.

To remove your bracelet, gently pull the knots near each end of the design. Please do not pull from the beaded portion.

We kindly request that you review your order carefully prior to making a purchase, as we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive a defective item, we are more than happy to provide a replacement of the same design.

Orders within the US ship through USPS Priority, which typically arrives within 1–3 days once the order has been processed.

Available items will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Custom orders ship through DHL International from Mexico to our U.S. location.
